Refund policy

At Elarivo, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we ship and have designed this policy to be straightforward and fair.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and essential oils are intact and unopened
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is included
Items that have been used, refilled, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used essential oil bottles
- Items damaged due to improper use or installation
- Items purchased on final sale or as part of a promotional bundle marked non-refundable
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If your Elarivo diffuser arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Photo or video evidence of the damage may be required.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Please wait for our written approval before shipping anything back — unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@elarivo.com. Once an order has been shipped, the standard return policy applies.
