At Elarivo, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the following policy to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Standard delivery within the UAE takes 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Delivery to more remote areas may take slightly longer.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, courier availability, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Any promotions offering free or discounted shipping will be clearly communicated on our website.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery through the courier's tracking platform.
If you have not received your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@elarivo.com.
5. FAILED DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery or hold the package at a designated location. Elarivo is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before confirming your order.
6. LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the matter with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
7. DELIVERY AREA
We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. This may be updated in the future and will be reflected on this page.
